Abstract

Abstract Within the framework of the renormalization group approach to the models of critical dynamics, we propose a method for a considerable reduction of the number of integrals needed to calculate the critical exponents. With this method we perform a calculation of the critical exponent z of model A at 4-loop level, where our method allows one to reduce the number of integrals from 66 to 17. The way of constructing the integrand in a Feynman representation of such diagrams is discussed. Integrals were estimated numerically with a sector decomposition technique.

Representation of Renormalization Group Functions By Nonsingular Integrals in a Model of the Critical Dynamics of Ferromagnets: The Fourth Order of The ε-Expansion

L. Ts. Adzhemyan, Svetlana Evgen'evna Vorobyeva, Ella V. Ivanova +1 more

Using the representation for renormalization group functions in terms of nonsingular integrals, we calculate the dynamical critical exponents in the model of critical dynamics of ferromagnets in the fourth order of the ε-expansion. We calculate the Feynman diagrams using the sector decomposition technique generalized to critical dynamics problems.

Model A of critical dynamics: 5-loop ɛ expansion study

Adzhemyan, L.Ts., Evdokimov, D.A., Hnatič, M. +4 more

We have calculated the five-loop RG expansions of the n-component A model of critical dynamics in dimensions d=4−ɛ within the Minimal Subtraction scheme. This is made possible by using the advanced diagram reduction method and the Sector Decomposition technique adapted to the problems of critical dynamics. The ɛ expansions for the critical dynamic exponent z for an arbitrary value of the order parameter dimension n are derived. Based on these series, the numerical estimates of z for different universality classes are extracted and compared with the results obtained within different theoretical and experimental methods.

Multi-Loop Calculations of Anomalous Exponents in the Models of Critical Dynamics

L. Ts. Adzhemyan, Michal Dančo, Michal Hnatič +2 more

The Renormalization group method (RG) is applied to the investigation of the E model of critical dynamics, which describes the transition from the normal to the superfluid phase in He4. The technique “Sector decomposition” with R’ operation is used for the calculation of the Feynman diagrams. The RG functions, critical exponents and critical dynamical exponent z, which determines the growth of the relaxation time near the critical point, have been calculated in the two-loop approximation in the framework of ε-expansion. The relevance of a fixed point for helium, where the dynamic scaling is weakly violated, is briefly discussed.

Calculation of the dynamical critical exponent in the model A of critical dynamics to order ε^4

L. Ts. Adzhemyan, Novikov, S. V., L. Sladkoff

A new method based on the R'-operation of the renormalization theory is proposed for the numerical calculation of the renormalization constants in the theory of critical behaviour. The problem of finding residues of the poles of the Green's functions at ε= 0, where ε= 4 - d, is reduced to the evaluation of multiple UV-finite integrals, which can be performed by means of standard integration programs. The method is used to calculate the renormalization group functions of the model A of critical dynamics in four-loop approximation. Dynamical exponent z of the model A is calculated in the fourth order of the ε-expansion.

Dynamic critical exponent of the Yang--Lee edge singularity at three loops

L. Ts. Adzhemyan, D. Davletbaeva, Daniil A. Evdokimov +1 more

We compute the dynamic critical exponent $z$ of the Yang--Lee edge singularity in relaxational dynamics using perturbative renormalization-group methods to the three-loop order. The calculation combines diagram reduction, analytic two-loop evaluation via parametric integration with hyperlogarithms, and numerical evaluation of three-loop integrals using the Sector Decomposition method. The perturbative series obtained is resummed using Padé and Padé-Borel-Leroy methods to produce estimates of $z$ in various spatial dimensions. The resulting values are consistent with previous perturbative and functional renormalization-group calculations.

Critical exponents predicted by grouping of Feynman diagrams inϕ4 model

J. Kaupužs

Different perturbation theory treatments of the Ginzburg-Landau phase transition model are discussed. This includes a criticism of the perturbative renormalization group (RG) approach and a proposal of a novel method providing critical exponents consistent with the known exact solutions in two dimensions. The usual perturbation theory is reorganized by appropriate grouping of Feynman diagrams of φ4 model with O(n) symmetry. As a result, equations for calculation of the two-point correlation function are obtained which allow to predict possible exact values of critical exponents in two and three dimensions by proving relevant scaling properties of the asymptotic solution at (and near) the criticality. The new values of critical exponents are discussed and compared to the results of numerical simulations and experiments.
