Abstract

The parity-deformations of the quantum harmonic oscillator are used to describe the generalized Jaynes-Cummings model based on the λ-analog of the Heisenberg algebra. The behavior is interestingly that of a coupled system comprising a two-level atom and a cavity field assisted by a continuous external classical field. The dynamical characters of the system is explored under the influence of the external field. In particular, we analytically study the generation of robust and maximally entangled states formed by a two-level atom trapped in a lossy cavity interacting with an external centrifugal field. We investigate the influence of deformation and detuning parameters on the degree of the quantum entanglement and the atomic population inversion. Under the condition of a linear interaction controlled by an external field, the maximally entangled states may emerge periodically along with time evolution. In the dissipation regime, the entanglement of the parity deformed JCM are preserved more with the increase of the deformation parameter, i.e. the stronger external field induces better degree of entanglement.

Parity Deformed Tavis-Cummings Model: Entanglement, Parameter Estimation and Statistical Properties

Mariam Algarni, K. Berrada, S. Abdel‐Khalek +1 more

In this paper, we introduce the parity extension of the harmonic oscillator systems to develop the generalized Tavis-Cummings model (T-CM) based on a specific deformation of the Heisenberg algebra. We present a quantum scheme of a two-qubit system (TQS) interacting with a quantized field that is initially prepared in parity deformed coherent states (PDCSs). The dynamical features of the considered system are explored in the presence of parity deformed parameter (PDP) and time-dependent coupling (t-dc). In particular, we examine the amount of the entanglement formed in the qubit–field and qubit–qubit states. We find that the maximal amount of the entanglement may be occurred periodically during the time evolution. Finally, we investigate the influence of PDP on the Fisher information and the photon statistics of the deformed field with respect to the main parameters of the system.

Entanglement analysis of a two-atom nonlinear Jaynes–Cummings model with nondegenerate two-photon transition, Kerr nonlinearity, and two-mode Stark shift

Hamid Reza Baghshahi, Mohammad Kazem Tavassoly, Mohammad Javad Faghihi

An entangled state, as an essential tool in quantum information processing, may be generated through the interaction between light and matter in cavity quantum electrodynamics. In this paper, we study the interaction between two two-level atoms and a two-mode field in an optical cavity enclosed by a medium with Kerr nonlinearity in the presence of a detuning parameter and Stark effect. It is assumed that the atom–field coupling and third-order susceptibility of the Kerr medium depend on the intensity of the light. In order to investigate the dynamics of the introduced system, we obtain the exact analytical form of the state vector of the considered atom–field system under initial conditions which may be prepared for the atoms (in a coherent superposition of their ground and upper states) and the fields (in a standard coherent state). Then, in order to evaluate the degree of entanglement between the subsystems, we investigate the dynamics of the entanglement by employing the entanglement of formation. Finally, we analyze in detail the influences of the Stark shift, the deformed Kerr medium, the intensity-dependent coupling, and also the detuning parameter on the behavior of this measure for different subsystems. The numerical results show that the amount of entanglement between the different subsystems can be controlled by choosing the evolved parameters appropriately.

Dynamics of entanglement in a two-mode nonlinear Jaynes-Cummings mode

A. B. M. Ahmed, S. Sivakumar

Dynamics of entanglement due to intensity-dependent interaction between a two-level atom and a single-mode electromagnetic field in a Kerr medium is studied. The form of the interaction is such that the Hamiltonian evolution is exactly solvable. The Hamiltonian is shown to be a deformed Jaynes-Cummings model admitting a closed, symmetric algebra. Dynamics of population inversion and atom-field entanglement are studied taking the initial state of the field to be either a coherent state or a squeezed vacuum. Analysis is extended to the case of a two-mode cavity field interacting with a two-level atom. For the two-mode case, the initial field is a pair coherent state or a two-mode squeezed vacuum. Effects due to nonlinearity, intensity-dependent interaction and detuning on the dynamics are discussed and compared with those of the single-mode case.

Investigating the entanglement between single-atom and multi-photon double-cavity using deformed Janes -Cummings model

Mohsen Daeimohammad, M. Nili Ahmadabadi

In this research, we investigate the entanglement between two cavities, each consisting of a two-level atom and a deformed multi-photon field. The model used in this study is the deformed Jaynes-Cummings (DJC) model. A physical interpretation of the introduced model is that there are two separate cavities with Kerr-like environments, each containing a two-level atom and a non-deformed multi-photon field, where each atom interacts locally with its corresponding field. Generally, we assume that the coupling constants between the atoms and fields are unequal, and we also consider non-zero detuning. We prove that the simple rules applicable to symmetric cavities without detuning do not hold for asymmetric cavities. We will show that the presence of asymmetric cavities and detuning are factors that can be used to control entanglement. Additionally, we examine the effects of deformed fields (Kerr-like environments) on the temporal evolution of entanglement and demonstrate that they cause the entanglement to become more oscillatory. We will show that when the sign of entanglement changes, the temporal evolution of entanglement will be completely different. We consider two different initial states of the system and show that the temporal evolution of entanglement will differ for these two states. In fact, the temporal evolution of entanglement depends on the initial state of the system. To measure the entanglement, we use the concurrence parameter, where a value of one indicates maximum entanglement and a value of zero indicates no entanglement. We will also show that an initial maximum atomic entanglement can be transferred to another pair of qubits, and the type of this qubit pair depends on whether the ratios of the coupling constants are even or odd. We demonstrate that for odd ratios of coupling constants, the initial maximum atomic entanglement can be completely transferred to the fields at a specific time.

Unveiling quantum entanglement and Fisher information in three-level atom-parity deformed field interactions: Explosive dynamics in Ξ and Λ configurations

M. Algarni, S. Abdel‐Khalek, K. Berrada

We examine the quantum dynamics of entanglement and quantum Fisher information (FI) in a three-level atom (T–LA) interacting with a parity-deformed field (PDF) within the Heisenberg algebra framework. Utilizing the parity extension of harmonic oscillators, we describe the PDF through coherent states (CSs) and formulate a detailed quantum model for the T–LA-PDF system, incorporating both time-dependent and time-independent coupling regimes. We explore the cascade ([Formula: see text] and lambda ([Formula: see text] configurations of the T–LA, emphasizing the temporal evolution of essential quantum quantifiers, including T–LA populations, T–LA-PDF entanglement, and quantum Fisher information. Our results demonstrate that the interaction among field nonlinearity, coupling dynamics, and T–LA configuration facilitates accurate control and modulation of these quantifiers throughout the evolution.

The Entanglement Dynamics of Two Atoms in a Double Two-Photon Jaynes-Cummings Model

Qinghong Liao, Wenjie Nie, Nanrun Zhou +2 more

By employing the concurrence, we investigate the dynamics of entanglement between two atoms in a double two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model when the cavity field is previously in a maximally entangled state. The influence of the atomic coherence on the time evolution of the atom-atom entanglement is examined. It is shown that the phenomenon of the sudden birth of entanglement occurs, and the atomic coherence decreases the degree of the atom-atom entanglement. Moreover, it is found that a maximally entangled two-atom state can be generated.
