The magnetic properties of the bond-diluted spin- transverse Ising model with the presence of a crystal field on the honeycomb lattice are studied within the framework of the effective field theory with correlations. The interactions J ij are assumed to be independent random variables with distribution .

The Site‐Bond Diluted Transverse Ising Model with S = 1

Chuan‐Zhang Yang, Jialin Zhong

Abstract Within the framework of an effective‐field theory, the longitudinal and transverse magnetization, critical temperature, and critical transverse field of a site‐bond diluted transverse Ising ferromagnet on square lattice with S = 1 are calculated in detail. The dependence of these thermodynamic quantities on the concentration of the sites and of the bonds is investigated.
