Abstract

We propose various protocols for joint remotely prepare a four-dimensional quantum state by using two- and three-particle four-dimensional entangled state as the quantum channel. The single- and two-particle generalized projective measurement and the appropriate unitary operation are needed in our protocols. It is shown that the receiver can reconstruct the unknown original state only if two senders collaborate with each other.

Joint remote preparation of four-qubit cluster-type states

We propose several schemes for the joint remote preparation of four-qubit cluster-type states with real coefficients and complex coefficients by using six Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen (EPR) pairs and two six-qubit entangled states as quantum channels respectively. In these schemes, two senders share the original state which they wish to help the receiver to remotely prepare. It is shown that, only if two senders collaborate with each other, and perform four-qubit projective measurements on their own qubits respectively, the receiver can reconstruct the original state by means of some appropriate unitary operations.

Joint remote preparation of an arbitrary four-qubit |\c{hi}>-type entangled state

We present two schemes for joint remote preparation of an arbitrary four-qubit j\c{hi}i -type entangled state via three three- and (N+1)-qubit GHZ states as the quantum channel, respectively. In these schemes, two senders (or N senders) share the original state which they wish to help the receiver to remotely prepare. To complete the JRSP schemes, several novel sets of mutually orthogonal basis vectors are introduced. It is shown that, only if two senders (or N senders) collaborate with each other, and perform projective measurements under suitable measuring basis on their own qubits respectively, the receiver can reconstruct the original state by means of some appropriate unitary operations and suitable C-NOT gates. Compared with the previous schemes for the JRSP of four-qubit |\c{hi}>-type state, the advantages of the present schemes are that the total successful probability of JRSP can reach 1 and the entanglement resource can be reduced

Joint remote preparation of an arbitrary two-qubit state via GHZ-type states

For M -sender independently share the classical knowledge of a quantum state, a scheme for joint remote preparation of an arbitrary two-qubit state by GHZ-type states as the quantum channel is presented. It is shown that the receiver can reconstruct the original state with certain probability under the condition that only and only if all the senders collaborate with each other. The single-qubit and two-qubit projective measurements are needed in our scheme. We also discuss some information-splitting methods which can make the receiver obtain the unknown state.

Joint Remote State Preparation of a Four-Dimensional Quantum State

Peng Jia-yin, Ming-Qiang Bai, Zhiwen Mo

We present several protocols for joint remote state preparation of a single(two)-quadbit state with real (or complex) coefficients via a projective or positive operator-valued measure. In our schemes, three(five)-quadbit non-maximally entangled state(s) have been employed as the quantum channel and several appropriate mutually orthogonal basis are delicately constructed. Finally, the present schemes are extended to the (N + M) senders' case.

Deterministic joint remote state preparation of arbitrary single- and two-qubit states

Na Chen, Dongxiao Quan, Fufang Xu +2 more

In this paper, two novel schemes for deterministic joint remote state preparation (JRSP) of arbitrary single- and two-qubit states are proposed. A set of ingenious four-particle partially entangled states are constructed to serve as the quantum channels. In our schemes, two senders and one receiver are involved. Participants collaborate with each other and perform projective measurements on their own particles under an elaborate measurement basis. Based on their measurement results, the receiver can reestablish the target state by means of appropriate local unitary operations deterministically. Unit success probability can be achieved independent of the channel's entanglement degree.

Probabilistic joint remote preparation of a high-dimensional equatorial quantum state

You-Bang Zhan, Qun-Yong Zhang, Shi Jin

This paper proposes a scheme for probabilistic joint remote preparation of an arbitrary high-dimensional equatorial quantum state by using high-dimensional single-particle orthogonal projective measurement and appropriate unitary operation. As a special case, a scheme of joint remote preparation of a single-qutrit equatorial state is presented in detail. The scheme is also generalized to the multi-party high-dimensional case. It shows that, only if when all the senders collaborate with each other, the receiver can reconstruct the original state with a certain probability.
