Abstract

The entanglement dynamics of an anisotropic two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ system in the presence of intrinsic decoherence is studied. The usefulness of such system for performance of the quantum teleportation protocol ${\cal T}_0$ and entanglement teleportation protocol ${\cal T}_1$ is also investigated. The results depend on the initial conditions and the parameters of the system. For the product and maximally entangled initial states, increasing the size of spin-orbit interaction parameter $D$ amplifies the effects of dephasing and hence decreases the asymptotic entanglement and fidelity of teleportation. We show that the XY and XYZ Heisenberg systems provide a minimal resource entanglement, required for realizing efficient teleportation. Also, we find that for the some special cases there are some maximally entangled states which are immune to intrinsic decoherence. Therefore, it is possible to perform the quantum teleportation protocol ${\cal T}_0$ and the entanglement teleportation ${\cal T}_1$ with perfect quality by choosing a proper set of parameters and employing one of these maximally entangled robust states as initial state of the resource.

Influence of intrinsic decoherence on entanglement teleportation via a Heisenberg XYZ model with different Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction

Qin, Meng, Zhongzhou Ren

We investigate the characteristics of entanglement teleportation of a two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ model under different Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction with intrinsic decoherence taken into account. The comparison of the two different Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction, the effects of the initial state and the inputting state on the entanglement teleportation are presented. The results reveal that the dynamics of entanglement is a symmetry function about for the system, whereas it is not for the system. The ferromagnetic case is superior to the antiferromagnetic case for restrain decoherence when using the system. The dependence of entanglement, output entanglement, fidelity on initial state angle all demonstrate periodic. Moreover, we find that seemingly some system are not suitable for teleportation, but they can acquire some best exhibition if we take the proper initial state and inputting state.

Effects of Dzyaloshinski–Moriya interaction and intrinsic decoherence on teleportation via a two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ model

Hu Xiao-Mian, Liu Jin-Ming

Quantum teleportation via the entangled channel composed of a two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ model with Dzyaloshinski–Moriya (DM) interaction in the presence of intrinsic decoherence has been investigated. We find that the initial state of the channel plays an important role in the teleported state and the average fidelity of teleportation. When the initial channel is in the state |Ψ 1 (0)〉 = a |00〉 + b |11〉, the average fidelity is equal to 1/3 constantly, which is independent of the DM interaction and the intrinsic decoherence effect. But when the channel is initially in the state |Ψ 2 (0)〉 = c |01〉 + d |10〉, the average fidelity is always larger than 2/3. Moreover, under a certain condition, the average fidelity can be enhanced by adjusting the DM interaction, and the intrinsic decoherence leads to a suppression of the fluctuation of the average fidelity.

Quantum teleportation via two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ chain

Nour Zidan

Quantum teleportation via the entanglement channel composed of a two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ chain with Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction in the presence of both inhomogeneous external magnetic field and intrinsic decoherence has been investigated. It is shown that the initial state of the channel plays an important role in the fully entangled fraction and the average fidelity of teleportation. It is found that when the initial system is in the entangled state |Ψ⟩ = m2|01⟩ + n2|10⟩ the corresponding average fidelity is always larger than 2/3.

Entanglement teleportation via two-qubit Heisenberg interaction in Jaynes-Cummings model under intrinsic decoherence

Azita Naji, Reza Hamzehofi, Davood Afshar

In this paper, we investigate the entanglement teleportation of a two-qubit state under XYZ Heisenberg interaction in a cavity using the Jaynes-Cummings model. We analyze the channel entanglement, output entanglement and fidelity as a function of decoherence rate and spin coupling constant. We find that the teleportation is more effective if we take the proper initial input state.

Effect of spin-orbit interaction on entanglement of two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ systems in an inhomogeneous magnetic field

Fardin Kheirandish, Seyed Javad Akhtarshenas, Hamidreza Mohammadi

The role of spin-orbit interaction in the ground state and thermal entanglement of a Heisenberg $XYZ$ two-qubit system in the presence of an inhomogeneous magnetic field is investigated. We show that the ground state entanglement tends to vanish suddenly for a certain value of the spin-orbit parameter $D$ and, when $D$ crosses its critical value ${D}_{c}$, the entanglement undergoes a revival. Indeed, when $D$ crosses its critical value $({D}_{c})$, the ground state entanglement tends to its maximum value $(C=1)$. Also, at finite temperatures there are revival regions in the $D\text{\ensuremath{-}}T$ plane. In these regions, entanglement first increases with increasing temperature and then decreases and ultimately vanishes for temperatures above a critical value. We find that this critical temperature is an increasing function of $D$ and that the amount of entanglement in the revival region depends on the spin-orbit parameter. Therefore when spin-orbit interaction is included larger thermal entanglement can exist at higher temperatures. We also show that the rate of enhancement of thermal entanglement by $D$ is not the same for ferromagnetic $({J}_{z}<0)$ and antiferromagnatic $({J}_{z}>0)$ chains. The entanglement teleportation via the quantum channel constructed by the above system is also investigated, and the influence of the spin-orbit interaction on the fidelity of teleportation and entanglement of replica states is studied. We show that, by introducing spin-orbit interaction, the entanglement of the replica state and fidelity of teleportation can be increased for the case of ${J}_{z}<0$. We also argue that a minimal entanglement of the channel is required to realize efficient entanglement teleportation and, in the case of ${J}_{z}<0$, this minimal entanglement can be achieved by introducing spin-orbit interaction.

Entanglement teleportation in anisotropic Heisenberg XY spin model with Herring–Flicker coupling

Anas Ait Chlih, Nabil Habiballah, Mostafa Nassik +1 more

In this paper, the features of quantum teleportation of a maximally entangled input thermal state using a system, consisting of two qubits (spin-1/2) anisotropic XY Heisenberg model with Herring–Flicker coupling in the presence of a magnetic field, are discussed. So, we study the influence on the thermal entanglement of different physical parameters such as temperature [Formula: see text], magnetic field [Formula: see text], degree of anisotropy [Formula: see text] and distance [Formula: see text] between the two spins. The goal is to determine the conditions of use of the system as a good channel to promote quantum teleportation. The amount of output entanglement is quantified by the concurrence [Formula: see text], and the quality of teleportation is analyzed using the concept of fidelity [Formula: see text]. It is shown that [Formula: see text] presents a maximum at extremely low temperature for a large range of the parameter [Formula: see text]. Also, when we increase the temperature, we observe a dissipation of the appropriate range of [Formula: see text] and the decrease of the amplitude of [Formula: see text]. Besides, under an external magnetic field [Formula: see text], we show the appearance of quantum phase transitions with the entanglement vanishing when the condition [Formula: see text] is fulfilled, then the system can ensure the ideal communication transmission. Concerning the Ising model [Formula: see text] in the ground state, the output entanglement is nonzero only in the presence of the magnetic field [Formula: see text], and this model is useful for ensuring a distorted transmission. At finite temperature, the fidelity [Formula: see text] is less than the value 2/3, so that the system is useless as a quantum channel for providing quantum teleportation.
