Abstract

We obtain factorized domain wall partition functions for two elliptic height models: (1) a Felderhof-type model, which is new, and (2) a Perk–Schultz-type gl (1|1) model of Deguchi and Martin.

FACTORIZED DOMAIN WALL PARTITION FUNCTIONS IN TRIGONOMETRIC VERTEX MODELS

Omar E. Foda, M Wheeler, Mathew L. Zuparic

Abstract. We obtain factorized domain wall partition functions for two sets of trigonometric vertex models: 1. The N-state Deguchi-Akutsu models, for N ∈ {2, 3, 4} (and conjecture the result for all N ≥ 5), and 2. The sl(r+1|s+1) Perk-Schultz models, for {r, s ∈ N}, where (given the symmetries of these models) the result is independent of {r, s}. Domain wall partition functions (DWPF’s) were first proposed and evaluated in determinant form, for the spin-1 2 vertex model1 on a finite square lattice, in [1, 2]. At the free fermion point of the spin-1 2 model, this determinant is in

Partition function of the elliptic solid-on-solid model as a single determinant

W. Galléas

In this Rapid Communication we express the partition function of the integrable elliptic solid-on-solid model with domain-wall boundary conditions as a single determinant. This representation appears naturally as the solution of a system of functional equations governing the model's partition function.

On the elliptic 𝔤𝔩2 solid-on-solid model: Functional relations and determinants

W. Galléas

In this work, we study an elliptic solid-on-solid model with domain-wall boundaries having the elliptic quantum group Ep,γ[gl2^] as its underlying symmetry algebra. We elaborate on results previously presented in Galleas [Phys. Rev. E 94, 010102 (2016)] and extend our analysis to include continuous families of single determinantal representations for the model’s partition function. Interestingly, our families of representations are parameterized by two continuous complex variables which can be arbitrarily chosen without affecting the partition function.

The domain wall partition function for the Izergin-Korepin 19-vertex model at a root of unity

Alexandr Garbali

We study the domain wall partition function $Z_N$ for the $U_q(A_2^{(2)})$ (Izergin-Korepin) integrable $19$-vertex model on a square lattice of size $N$. $Z_N$ is a symmetric function of two sets of parameters: horizontal $ζ_1,..,ζ_N$ and vertical $z_1,..,z_N$ rapidities. For generic values of the parameter $q$ we derive the recurrence relation for the domain wall partition function relating $Z_{N+1}$ to $P_N Z_N$, where $P_N$ is the proportionality factor in the recurrence, which is a polynomial symmetric in two sets of variables $ζ_1,..,ζ_N$ and $z_1,..,z_N$. After setting $q^3=-1$ the recurrence relation simplifies and we solve it in terms of a Jacobi-Trudi-like determinant of polynomials generated by $P_N$.

We study the domain wall partition function ZNZ_NZN for the Uq(A2(2))U_q(A_2^{(2)})Uq(A2(2)) (Izergin-Korepin) integrable 191919-vertex model on a square lattice of size NNN. ZNZ_NZN is a symmetric function of two sets of parameters: horizontal ζ1,..,ζNζ_1,..,ζ_Nζ1,..,ζN and vertical z1,..,zNz_1,..,z_Nz1,..,zN rapidities. For generic values of the parameter qqq we derive the recurrence relation for the domain wall partition function relating ZN+1Z_{N+1}ZN+1 to PNZNP_N Z_NPNZN, where PNP_NPN is the proportionality factor in the recurrence, which is a polynomial symmetric in two sets of variables ζ1,..,ζNζ_1,..,ζ_Nζ1,..,ζN and z1,..,zNz_1,..,z_Nz1,..,zN. After setting q3=−1q^3=-1q3=−1 the recurrence relation simplifies and we solve it in terms of a Jacobi-Trudi-like determinant of polynomials generated by PNP_NPN.
