Inquiry About Team Eligibility and Event Schedule

Hello,

Luminists here.

If one of our team members is unable to obtain their visa in time and our team is therefore incomplete, would we be disqualified from the final selection?

We would also like to know the starting and ending times of the event on Friday in order to plan our trip to Bradford accordingly.
