When I was able to sign in, but it gives me the error "Failed to complete onboarding", I am using my mobile phone.

Hi, and thank you for your message! Earlier today, there was a small outage with a downstream provider preventing new account signups. The problem is already solved, everything is back online, so you should be able to complete the onboarding process.
When you join the App, you will be able to create new use cases, go through the impact and technical assessments, and connect with the community. You can find a demo of the Exchange in today's webinar too!
