When I visit one of the individual contest pages, and then go to the discussions part, I noticed that there are posts pointing out to the previous year's competition.

Please don’t worry about the old discussion topics. It’s correct that this competition used to be online before. We believe that by such approach we can enable continuous innovation in quantum computing and witness how solutions improve over time.
