Unable to upload submission for Quantinuum Bradford challenge 2025

I am in the New York time zone, and tried to upload the challenge use case submission but the site keeps saying try later, can you help me I fear I may miss the deadline. I tried many times earlier today like the afternoon, day, and morning, but the system keeps saying try later..Can you help
