Hi dears, I am writing to request some clarifications regarding the Global Industry Challenge hosted as part of the upcoming Quantum World Congress 2025. In the event that a submission is selected among the winners, I would like to understand whether in-person attendance at the Quantum World Congress in Tysons, Virginia (September 16–18, 2025) is mandatory in order to receive the award or present the solution. Additionally, do you know whether travel and/or accommodation expenses for the winners are expected to be covered by the participants themselves, or if any form of logistical support or reimbursement is provided by the organizers or the sponsoring partner?
