Cannot upload a profile picture

Hi Team,
I am having issues uploading a profile picture to my account. Whenever I try to upload and save it, I receive the following error:
"Could not update account. Username or email may already exist. Check and try again."
Could you please check this issue from your end?

Hi @antoine, I tried twice (704.8 kB and 17.6 kB) but still getting the same error.

Hey, sorry to alarm you guys. I think the issue was caused by the images I uploaded.
One returned:
RelayNetwork: No data returned for operation 'UserEditFormMutation'. Got error(s): Format error decoding PNG: Invalid PNG signature.
Another returned:
RelayNetwork: No data returned for operation 'UserEditFormMutation'. Got error(s): Format error decoding JPEG: Error parsing image. Illegal start bytes: 8950.
It looks like one of the images had its extension changed, and the other had a file signature issue, which probably caused the errors.
Sorry again for the confusion and for wasting your time.
