Submission due on November 4th

Hello!
I would like to know what is expected from the submission due on November 4th. Is it supposed to be the final submission or can we keep on working before the in-person final?

It is just a guidance for all future participants who are planning their workflow. The final submission will happen few weeks after, like other projects.
