GIC Phase 2: Quantum Computer and Simulator Access

We hope the research and design phase is going well!
Phase 2 requires the selection and justification of QC Machines and Simulators to use in Phase 3 to demonstrate your solutions. More information about accessing and learning about the platforms is available on the competition pages.
To access the qBriad, D-Wave, or QCi platforms in Phase 3, you must fill out the Request Form - https://qbraid.typeform.com/to/vTxsKddw
Important Instructions:
- You must still include your choice and justification in your Phase 2 write-up - they need to match the form submission.
- One Submission Required Per Team for Each Challenge.
- qBraid and D-Wave can be used across all challenges, QCi Dirac-3 can only be used on their Challenge.
- If downselected as a finalist, you will receive access and credits based on the Judging Committee's recommendations.
- Form Submission Deadline: Sunday, May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM (EST).
