Team Thread: Recruiting & Joining

Instructions: Participants need to go to the "Team Settings" menu within the competition they want to join.

From there, there are two options:

Create a team by clicking "Create an organization."
Signal that they're looking to join a team by flipping the availability switch. This makes them visible to other participants as an available member, and team leaders can then add them directly to their team.
