Adding a new member for phase#2/3

Hello!

Due to temporary team availability constraints, we plan to add one additional team member in Phase 2 to ensure continuity in the later stages of the challenge. We understand that team changes after Phase 1 may be restricted, and wanted to confirm whether there would be any issue with this arrangement.
