Do you confirm you are trying to run the notebook inside Visual Studio Code?
If so, I can confirm it's running fine for me by:
- At the root of the submission, I run the command
aqora clean, - Then run
aqora install, - Then run
aqora lab, - Then, in Visual Studio Code, I run the command
Python: Select Interpreter, - Then, I select
./.venv/bin/python3.
From there I am able to run the notebook from top to bottom without issue.

Not sure to understand your issue, as build_graph and get_flow are Matlab files (not Python files).

Not sure to understand the issue with the "solution.ipynb" file, as I don't speak Python fluently.
From my little understanding of the error displayed, the issue rely in the init function/file code.
According to the following links:

It seems that it is an issue with a circular dependency, or with the folder of the file.
