Do we need to create a PR for this submission? (9th of November deadline)

I see from the message on submission tab, do we need to create a PR for this? Since we are still testing our implementation, so I'm asking, we do have a complete roadmap for it, but code is still on test and is a first iteration.
Isn't enough with the pdf paper/outline for this first submission?

I think you could submit it as a zip file for now.
I couldn't do a PR as I don't know how 😅
So I just added the Lovable link in the text file instead.

But that's the point, code isn't perfect, it needs more iterations as outlined in our document, so I am not sure, maybe I will submit as a .zip, gonna wait if someone else has some comment regarding this...
