Since our team is based in Yemen, and there are no embassies operating within the country, we would need to travel to another country to complete the visa process.
With the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) approaching and the finals scheduled for November 20, it has become extremely difficult to finalize all arrangements in time.
Therefore, we kindly ask for your clarification on the possibility of participating online should travel arrangements not be completed within the remaining time.
