Unable to register with Vietnam as my country

Thank you very much for your attention, and I hope this issue can be resolved.
I am currently facing a problem where I am unable to register for the Quantum Challenge using Vietnam as my country of residence. Due to this restriction, I selected a different country—Australia—although I am not residing there. One of my team members is currently based in Australia.
May I ask whether I am still eligible to officially participate in the competition, given that I registered under Australia while I am actually residing in Vietnam?
