Hi, I have a question about the hardware we can use for Phase 3.
In Phase 2 it says that: qBraid and D-Wave can be used across all challenges, QCi Dirac-3 can only be used on their Challenge.
In the Phase 3 Challenge Description is says on page 9: Phase 3 requires working implementations run on QCi’s Dirac-3 via qBraid with measurable outputs on the three key performance metrics.
Does that mean we must choose *QCi’s Dirac-3 *for Phase 3 of the DOE quantum industry challenge?
