The provided cover page appears to still be for Phase 2, and its disclaimer seems to contradict the Phase 3 specification.

For example, the Phase 3 instructions state that the write-up may be up to 5 pages, excluding the cover page and references. However, the disclaimer on the provided cover page states:

“Submission must follow GIC requirements: Maximum 3 pages (excluding this cover page and references), 11-point Times New Roman, single spacing, and submitted via Aqora. File Name Requirement: TeamName__Phase2_VersionX.pdf. This official cover page template is required and may not be modified or recreated. Non-compliant submissions may be disqualified and voided.”

I would be very grateful if you could please clarify which requirement we should follow for the Phase 3 submission.
