Quantum Hardware inquiry

Hello

I just noticed there's a form to request access for Quantum hardware on each challenge, or at least the two I am participating in.

Deadline was May the 31st but I didn't use this because I am waiting for confirmation of Phase 2 submission?

What happens in this case? I wouldn't want to have missed this, is the notice of Phase 2 approval coming anytime soon?

Hi kkoci,

Unfortunately, the deadline for requesting quantum access has passed. Phase 2 is currently being reviewed by the Judging Committee. Requesting access to QC machines was required in parallel with your Phase 2 submission (due May 31) if you wanted access for Phase 3.

Teams will be notified of the results on Wednesday, June 17.

Thanks Kieran. Understood on the deadline — I missed that the form was required in parallel rather than conditional on Phase 2 acceptance. I've now submitted the access request form for both challenges. If the committee is able to consider it given the circumstances I'd appreciate it, but understand if not. Looking forward to the June 17 results.
