Are two-page Phase 1 submissions (excluding cover page) acceptable

We are in a team of five. The roster portion of our submission is expected to take over half of the first and only page.
If the roster portion is too big, is it acceptable to use the first page just for the roster, and the second for the remaining components of the submission? If not, is narrowing margins acceptable?

Hi Mackattackx - please use the attached Cover Page for the roster, which is not included in the page count. Add the additional information on qualifications to the main page but no need to repeat informaiton on both pages - GIC 2026 Cover Page.docx

Thank you.
Our team (Titans) have submitted two versions of our Phase 1 submission. Version 1 adheres to the format strictly down to the words and the naming underspaces. Version 2, excludes the qualifications section to make more space for the remaining parts of the submission, and we had a short discussion on whether the qualifications go the cover page.
Is this acceptable? Version 1 is there to ensure we have a strictly compliant submission.
