Phase 3
Hi,
The Phase 3 Challenge documentation mentions that the code needs to be run on QCI's Dirac 3 via qbraid and the document also mentions about the running the code on Qbraid, Qci, D-wave or IBM.(but the qbraid team says- they do not have access to the Dirac 3 and they confirm its a miswording over email!)
If you could please clarify these questions for me. I'd really appreciate it.

Is submission of Dwave and IBM results are enough?

And on the aqora portal - the submission tab doesnt seem to show up)if it does - it is throwing error. It doesnt let us submit anything.
