QIC Phase 3 Access
Hi,
The Document for the QCI Phase 3 challenge says "Phase 3 requires working implementations run on QCi’s Dirac-3 via qBraid with measurable
outputs on the three key performance metrics." in the 4th section and it also says "Run your code (if applicable) on qBraid, QCi, D-Wave, or IBM before
submission" in the Summary section.
Could you please confirm if the results that we already ran from Dwave Hybrid and IBM and Dwave individiaully as the code could be accepted for phase 3 as they were not run on QIC via qBraid?
